CSA leads System of Care efforts for children and families in Chesterfield and Colonial Heights. CSA manages Family Assessment and Planning Teams (FAPT) formed by community members to collaborate efforts to ensure the provision of quality child-centered, family-focused, and community based services. CSA supports families and children through a community team approach and when eligible, provides access to services outside of the community. When families and children are in need of services and meet program criteria, they may access support and coordination of services through the FAPT meeting and determination process.
